Company Policy

DEPOSIT & BOOKING

  • 50% deposit in advance at the time of booking

  • The balance to be paid in at least 10 days before the event date.

  • During the cooling period (3 days from the booking date), if the client changes their mind and wishes to cancel the order, our company will charge a $150 consultation fee plus non-refundable GST.

CANCELLATION

  • Notice of Cancellation:

    The Client may cancel the wedding services by providing written notice to the Service Provider. The notice must be delivered via email to info@elisawedding.com or sent by certified mail to 6 Birdwood Ave, Cabramatta West, NSW 2166

  • Cancellation Fees:

    The following cancellation fees will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:

    • Within 3 days after the booking date, if the client changes their mind and wishes to cancel the order, our company will charge a $150 consultation fee plus non-refundable GST.

    • Between 90 days to 14 days before the event, the Client will forfeit from 50-80% of the total contract amount.

    • Less than 14 days before the event: the Client will forfeit 100% of the total contract amount.

  • Refund Processing:

    Refunds, if any, due to the Client will be processed within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.

  • Notice of reschedule:

In the event that the client wishes to change the date of the event and provides us with a notice more than 30 days prior to the event date:

The clients have the option to reschedule or book other services of equal or higher value than their previous order within 6 months from the event date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit without any refund.

Clients agree to pay the future price applicable at the time of rescheduling their booking.

If a client wishes to reschedule and notifies us less than 30 days before the event, a penalty of 30% of the booking value will be charged in addition to the current booking value. This is because we have already prepared for and reserved the date specifically for your event, making it unavailable for other bookings.

  • Client Responsibilities:

    The Client acknowledges that cancellation of the services will result in a loss to the Service Provider. The Client agrees to be responsible for any costs and expenses incurred by the Service Provider up to the date of cancellation, in addition to the cancellation fees specified above.

BALLOON  OR WEDDING DECORATION POLICY

  • If the decoration is at client's house, please reserve a space for decor team to setup. 

  • Our decor team will not move furniture, shelves at client's house

  • All props (except balloons, personalised props) need to be returned to company. 

  • Should any items become lost, damaged, stolen when in possession of the client, the client agree to pay for all items affected to company. The compensation fee is from $100/ item 

  • The Bond Fee will be collected upon the booking confirmation. It will be refunded to client after the party when there is no damage, loss occurred due to the event.

ALL RENTAL POLICY

  • All rental items must be returned within 2 days (48 hours) after the event. Late returns will incur a charge of $50per day.

  • The bond fee for rentals will be charged on the pickup date and will be refunded to the client upon the return of the rental items in their original condition. If rentals are returned more than 5 days late, the bond fee will not be refundable.

  • All decorative items hired must be used in a proper, safe, and prudent manner, and only for the purpose and capacity for which they were designed. The client must ensure that all hired items are kept in good condition and protected from any damage, including damage caused by weather such as rain and wind.

 

Wedding Dress Alterations

  • Please budget for potential alterations, which may include:

  • Special cleaning for tough stains

  • Alterations or replacements for tears or scratches

  • Non-refundable bond for major damages or lost dresses

  • Customers are advised not to attempt cleaning the dress themselves, as any resulting permanent damage may incur additional costs.

​PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO 

  • Client agrees to present on time at the photo/ video location.

  • Waiting fee ($50 every 30 mins) is charged after our photographer has to wait 15 mins from the agreed time. 

  • Extra photography fee is $250/ hour if client extends from the agreed time.

  • The Client agrees if any of the images are published (on their website or any other media), proper photo credit of “Images by Elisa Wedding” is appreciated. 

  • Elisa Wedding shall retain the rights to use the images/ video for marketing purpose in internet website or social media unless the client disagrees in writing.
